Despite the dreadful weather, the Midland Vets Committee met today for their first committee meeting of 2013 at Kinross Golf Club. This was also the day when fixture lists were put into envelopes ready for posting. Those of you who have paid will receive a receipt and those who have not paid will receive a subscription demand.
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, it is now possible to enter and pay for Midland Vets Fixtures online. It is also possible to pay for your Annual Subscription as as well as the AGM & lunch. On the right hand side of this screen, you will see a link called 'Sign Up and Pay'. Just click on the link and you will be taken to the Midland Vets Website which contains all the information you need to know about the Midland Vets. On that site, click 'Sign up and Pay' and the rest is easy. Just follow the instructions on the page. Please make sure you fill in the form on the left side of the page before you click the PayPal button. Once the form is filled in click the submit button then click the PayPal button for the item you wish to pay for. The form is required each time for the Subscription and the 4 fixtures. Congratulations to Lizzee McGraw who was the first member to pay for her subscription and sign up for the Spring Meeting at Stirling online.
If you have not paid your subscription please do so by the 31st March. If you are not planning to rejoin, please let the committee know as soon as possible. We have a waiting list of 33 ladies and it would be nice to be able to offer membership to as many of them as possible. If you decide to resign, do remember that you are entitled to stay on as an associate member for free which allows you to attend the fixtures as a non-player and the AGM and lunch.
