CDH NUMBER

So that we can link our competitions to the CDH, we need to have all members' CDH Number. On the right hand side, under the heading PAGES, there is a link to a form you can fill in to provide us with this information. Please fill it in and submit the form as soon as you can so that we can be up and running for the Autumn Meeting.

SCOTTISH SENIOR STROKEPLAY AND MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Midland member Heather Anderson just missed out on  the Scottish Senior Ladies Stroke Play Championship  at West Linton on Wednesday by one stroke to Anna Telfer of Milngavie. Heather shot 78 in both rounds. Nine Midland members managed to qualify for the Scratch and Nett Matchplay Championships. For the Scratch were: Heather Anderson (Defending Champion), Elaine Allison, Kathleen Webster, Fiona de Vries, Margaret Tough, Lorna Bennett and Karen Burns. Well done to Lorna and Kathleen who both won their first round matches. Sadly only Lorna made it to the semi final which will be played Friday morning. In the Nett Championship, Sandy Bushby and Gillian Wallace qualified. Sandy lost her first round but Gillian managed to make it through to the semi final.

Well done to all Midland members who took part and good luck to Lorna and Gillian.

Update: Sadly both Lorna and Gillian lost their semi finals. Well done for getting that far.
