Linda Dyball is the new Midland Vets Champion.  Linda, from Pitreavie, beat Heather Anderson, from Blairgowrie, by 2 and 1 in a nip and tuck match at Falkirk this afternoon.  Congratulations to Linda!

Results of Summer Meeting - 23 June 2011 at Falkirk Carmuirs

Midland Vets enjoyed an excellent day at Falkirk Carmuirs today.  The course was very interesting and picturesque, if a little wet in places.  The early starters had a heavy shower of rain, but the weather turned fair, and most Vets enjoyed playing the course.   The CSS was 76

The winner of the Donaldson Quaich was Christine Steedman of Pitreavie with an excellent nett score of 72.  Results are:

Unfortunately Midland lost the match against West Vets today by 3 games to 4.
